Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, within a 15 mile radius. Most jobs need an on-site assessment to discern the situation. Then we will give an estimate of supplies, labor and time frame. If a customer lives further away, a trip charge will be assessed but the estimate is still free.

How do I set up an appointment?

How much will it cost?

We understand that living within a budget is important. We can determine an estimate of costs after assessing the situation in detail. All jobs are billed on an actual time and materials basis.

How far in advance do I need to schedule you?

It depends on the job and our workload.

If supplies are needed do you purchase them?

We often purchase the supplies. However, depending on the project, it may be beneficial for the customer to purchase supplies. This is something that we discuss to figure out what would be best.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, all our work is guaranteed.

Are you licensed?

There is no license for the trade of handyman.

Are you Insured?

Yes, we are insured.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payment in cash, check, or credit cards.

Where do you work?

We are based in Fremont, California.  Our area of service extends into parts of the east and south bay. We will consider work beyond our area.
